If one of our consultants contacts you to set up an interview, you will be asked to submit a complete dossier, with copies of your certificates of employment and your degrees or diplomas.
We will also ask for a list of references we can contact to corroborate your prior work experience. Generally, you will be expected to contact these people in advance to make sure they are happy to act as referees.
Ideally, they will be your former managers. We will only contact the people you have specified as referees. No contact will be made with your current employer. If there is no suitable position for you right away, we will ask for your consent to enter your details in our database. We will then be able to contact you as soon as a suitable vacancy comes up.
